[openstack-dev] a time-based resource management system

Hi, Alan!

I'm really glad you have mentioned that problem, that was not really
covered by OpenStack projects for much time. Our (Climate) team is working
on implementing Reservation-as-a-Service. As I understand, you are
interested in reserving (managing) virtual resources on a time-based
criteria. We are going to have 0.1 release asap (we hope to make code
freeze next week).

You are welcome to join our IRC channel and participate in our weekly
meetings.

P.S. btw, we have it today, 10:00 UTC (usually we hold them on Mondays, but
that's emergency case).
P.P.S. would be nice to see you on it :)

Thanks!
