Ceilometer team, we are reviewing tempest tests and hope to see more. 
The tempest review team is hoping to identify some ceilometer devs who 
could help answer questions or provide a review if needed for ceilometer 
patches. Since ceilometer is new we are not all familiar with many of 
the details. Can any one on the ceilometer team volunteer?
