I think your analysis is incorrect, and that most of these are used, by
oslo modules and keystone auth_token middleware.

This is used by oslo sqlalchemy/session.py I think.

These were added as part of the clients-ssl-options blueprint, and allow
users to configure the client libraries heat uses to connect to other
openstack services.

These are all options for keystone auth_token, not all of them are
mandatory but they could be configured if desired.

See tools/config/oslo.config.generator.rc for why we get these options.
