So during the QA meeting today we decided to adopt a oscillating meeting time.
Starting next week the meeting will be at 2200 UTC on Thurs., and we will
alternate between that time and 1700 UTC on Thurs. (our current meeting time)
every other week. I've updated the wiki page with the new schedule, and I'll
update the meeting ical feed soon.

I will send a reminder about the new schedule next week before the meeting.
