[openstack-dev] [savanna] neutron floating IP assignment unexpected

Hi Jon,

If AUTO_ASSIGNMENT_ENABLED is disabled, Savanna dashboard asks for floating
IP network during node group template creation. Probably you have chosen
some network in it. Right value in your case is 'Do not assign floating
IPs'.
