[openstack-dev] [keystone] Proposal to add Andy Smith to keystone core

When I am core I will:
 - do my best to rename something fundamental every Thursday, keep you
people on your toes.
 - start all reviews at -2
 - require a tithe in the form of beer
 - participate in social experiments at your expense
