Same as Yi, we should try and avoid meeting conflicts especially related to ones where some Openstackers attend IETF etc., though I know it's hard to always achieve this we should avoid conflict with some meetings like IETF and ONS in particular.

Is there any plan for openstack to co-ordinate meeting schedules with other standards organizations? I noticed the recent summit is conflicted with ONS, and if next summit is scheduled on Nov 5-8th, it will be conflicted with IETF 88.

Has the Havana equivalent of https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/GrizzlyReleaseSchedule been published?

Thanks.
