[openstack-dev] [Quantum] New error when creating networks

Hi Shiv,

this is totally new to me; and quite creepy too - perhaps it's just because
it's Halloween time.
Can you share any information that might help us reproduce the problem? Is
the problem now permanent or intermittent?
