Open Stack

I made Synaps project page on launchpad today, like other projects of 
OpenStack. We're going to use its bug tracker and support tracker for 
working with the community.

We will surely  prepare documents including installation guide soon.
However, we need some time again. Please be patient until it's ready.
I expect that we need a few weeks for everything ready before opening
Synaps (maybe in early Nov). Again I'll try to do my best to be fast.

Now that the openstack summit is done & dusted, I'll be spending some
time standing up Synaps and doing an evaluation. So I should have some
detailed feedback during the coming week.

In the meantime, to get the ball rolling on community collaboration,
I've submitted a pull request for a small patch to address an issue I
noticed when reading the code:
