Hi all,

Thank you for all your waiting. Synaps is now open sourced in public.

 - code: http://github.com/spcs/synaps
 - documents: http://spcs.github.com/synaps/

I'll update the documents soon (including translation in english). 
I think there would be lots of rooms for improvement.
