[openstack-dev] [Quantum] Unconference to run exercise.sh for Quantum.

Nachi,

THanks for working on it.
It happens on quantum-enabled environment.

While The default floating IP pool nova expected is 'nova',
the default floating IP quantum created is 'ext_net'.
I think the reason the floatingip exercise script fails.
It is better that  the name of floating IP pool is defined as a variable
for nova and quantum to use the same pool name.
Let's discuss tomorrow.
