Wanted to confirm if there is any extra step.

Confusion stemmed from the fact that many places I do not see translated text, i.e change to Spanish.
1. Launch Instance - Table Action button name is fine.
    - But when work flow is opened, then many things like header, workflow action tab names, few help texts (i.e. Access & Security help, Network help, Post creation half help is in Spanish, while rest in English) are in English.

Similarly there are more places, where the strings are not translated, what is the reason?
