Open Stack

Hi Joshua,

I have been following the instance-create-state-machine blueprint and want to contribute to it. I have a few queries in this regard:

1.       Where can I check/track its implementation status?

2.       Where should I look for any discussions regarding this blueprint (the openstack-dev IRC or ML or any other source)?

It would be great if you can point me the right direction, so that I could get better understanding of the current implementation and start contributing to it.
