[openstack-dev] development environment for Ubuntu-based release of OpenStack?

Devstack (http://devstack.org/) is really the easiest way to setup
OpenStack environment. To setup custom repo/branch you should to modify
stackrc file following guideline: http://devstack.org/stackrc.html
