Hi all, I wrote a specification for the quantum-api-wadl blueprint at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/quantum/+spec/quantum-api-wadl Blueprint wiki page: http://wiki.openstack.org/Quantum/API/WADL This is just a draft version and if everything gets sorted out, hopefully I'll start development during the G3 cycle.
