Open Stack

Hey!

As a quick follow up to the last FFE, I'd like to request a feature
freeze for:

as well. (assuming, of course, I rebase it to exclude the
console-scripts patch)

Same rationale as the virt layer patch. The NTT baremetal virt work, for
instance, adds a HostManager as well, so we'd need to land the ability
inject those via entrypoints as well.
