[openstack-dev] Run time error - Quantum OVS Agent

Hi Naveen,

I see what's going on. This is actually a bug that was fixed here:
https://github.com/openstack/quantum/commit/e702264e310714a2369713fad95264d3ccedb66b

As a work around you can run:

ovs-vsctl list-ports br-int
and then delete all of the non-existing ports via:
ovs-vsctl del-port br-int <xxxx>

The issue was that when you rebooted ports attached to br-int were not
properly removed.
