In the interest of smooth coordination, with people spread out over
various countries all of which switch to DST at different times of the
year, can we please just settle on giving all times in UTC?

Tuesday 1800 UTC, and Thursday 1500 UTC would work equally well for
me. I could also make Wednesday 2200 UTC, but that would be my least
preferred option.
