The listed implementers are, I presume, folks mostly working on
refstack. Is work on this going to start soon, and when is
completion expected?<br class="">
There are a number of cleanups proposed in tempest that involve
changing test names and we would like to wait for the uuids before
doing that<br class="">
so as to minimize pain for refstack and others.<br class="">

The next steps are to review the additional code, run the assignment tool to create UUIDs for all of tempest, verify that the gates are passing, and merge into the main repository.
