Hi All - The team met today to discuss how best to organize and operate for the Mitaka development cycle. Here is a summary of the decisions made:
* Starting on 11/12, we will have a weekly team meeting for the Enterprise Work Group (EWG)
o From time to time, the EWG may form small teams to work on a deliverable that will come back to the EWG for review, discussion and next steps.
* The future direction for each of the current sub-teams is:
o Deployment team: This team will be led by Kenny Johnston and Yih Leong Sun from the Product Work Group (PWG). They will scrub the meeting attendance list and focus the team on the execution of the user story within the PWG work flow. All members of this team are invited to participate in the single EWG meeting.
o Cattle & Pets team: Similar to the Deployment team, this team has defined a user story that has been submitted to the PWG repo. Ideally, a subset of this team will want to take on execution for this user story within the PWG work flow. All members of this team are invited to participate in the single EWG meeting.
o ISV Interop Team: The work of this team is closely related to the Application Ecosystem Work Group (AEWG). In the short term, this team will operate independently from the AEWG and as a sub-team of EWG. They will start meeting weekly on Wednesdays at 1800 UTC (1:00 Eastern) to focus on their deliverables. Shamail Tahir will continue to lead this group and will review their work plan and deliverables in an EWG team meeting in November.
o Business and Marketing team: This team will have its final meeting on 11/5. Moving forward, the deliverables typically taken by this team will be done within the context of the unified EWG. All members of this team are invited to participate in the single EWG meeting.

Starting on 11/12, the team is proposing Thursdays at 1700 UTC (9AM Pacific,) for the regular meeting time and will continue to use voice and etherpads. If you are not able to make this time, pls respond. If this time proves to be problematic, then I will send out a Doodle to find a better meeting time.

The etherpad for the meeting is located here: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/EWG_11_3_15

Thanks to everyone for their past and future participation in the Enterprise Work Group. I look forward to working as 1 integrated team!
Carol
