SuperUser is definitely one place where you could publish an update on
the status of HA for guests and ask for help on specific areas. 

There are also people and groups publishing on their own blogs and
syndicate from planet.openstack.org (for example, Michael Still posts
regularly status updates and notes, like
http://www.stillhq.com/openstack/000019.html). I think it's always
helpful to write regularly and freely about progress, roadblocks and
calls for help
