[Elections-committee] New Voting Measures

STV and Condorcet both appear to have several possible methods of implementation. I have reviewed materials on the STV and Condorcet voting systems, but I am still learning about them. For example, the Condorcet method appears to have three options for selecting winners: Borda, IRV and Schwartz Sequential Dropping (SSD).

If anyone on the list has materials that would assist me in better understanding these voting systems, in particular the available options and the features where a choice must be made (i.e.to implement STV, what issues require a selection of options), please send me those references.
