Open Stack

Interim Ubuntu releases only have a 9 month support window so not
surprising 15.x are eol.  It is why the vast majority of users opt for the
the LTS releases which come every 2 years in April and have support window
of 5 years. As far as possible testing should be using 14.04 or 16.04
images.

I am confused about the statement that 16.04 doesn't have python as it
should have python3 included. I'll check for certain when not on a mobile
device.
