…which, as it turns out, isn’t actually an official channel and therefore won’t be logged [1]. =( So let’s see if we can fix that.

I know there was some desire from our chairs and other regular attendees to shoot for 16:00 UTC in the middle of the week, but that won’t work on Wednesday because all channels are taken. Instead, we could switch to Thursday on #openstack-meeting at that time. A few other options I just checked on:

• Tuesday 18:00 UTC (==1pm EST/12pm CST/11am PST) on #openstack-meeting-4
* Tuesday 19:00 UTC (==2pm EST/1pm CST/12pm PST) on #openstack-meeting-4
• Wednesday 15:00 UTC (==10am EST/9am CST/8am PST) on #openstack-meeting-4
    • Our old time, but effectively an hour earlier for US folks due to DST change
• Wednesday 19:00 UTC (==2pm EST/1pm CST/12pm PST) on #openstack-meeting
• Thursday 16:00 UTC (==11am EST/10am CST/9am PST) on #openstack-meeting
• Thursday 20:00 UTC (==3pm EST/2pm CST/1pm PST) on #openstack-meeting-alt

I set up a Doodle poll with those options, so please go here to give your availability (please note: the poll may show times in EST by default since UTC isn’t a configurable option, but you can adjust the timezone displayed to your locale by simply clicking the “change” link in the upper righthand corner of the table):

If you are unable to access Doodle for some reason, simply respond to me via email with your availability and I’ll make sure you get counted.

[1] And, doh, neither us nor infra caught it when we submitted the change. If I remember my history correctly, the second meeting channel created when #openstack-meeting became too crowded was #openstack-meeting-alt, then later #openstack-meeting-3 and #openstack-meeting-4 were added. So, the names are sort of inconsistent which lead to the mistake. My bad.

At Your Service,

Mark T. Voelker
