[OpenStack-DefCore] Is auth-token test "required" in "2015.05"?

It looks like I spoke too soon. As the spec is written passing the auth-token tests
will be required, but the keystone code itself will not be required to be running for
those tests. We should expect in 2015.07 both passing the test and the code will
be required.
