It's also worth noting that Keystone has tests, and had them already in
Havana. I think what you're referring to here is the absence of
keystone-specific tests in Havana Tempest (Keystone integration being
tested as a side-effect of testing the other components) ? So it's more
a technical artifact of the tempest-driven approach to capabilities than
real lack of tests in Keystone ?

Want to avoid spreading the wrong message about keystone here :)
