For now I'd recommend that you use the terms "licensing program" or
"trademark license program". That allows to avoid the confusion, while
keeping using the word "program".

If the TC gets rid of the "program" concept and uses "teams" instead
(which is what TC programs really are), that will let you gradually
overtake that word (you could ultimately shorten your "Compute trademark
license program" to "Compute program" if the TC abandons using that word).
