Open Stack

It is true we are using the word "program" here in a different way and context than the use of the same word in the TC context. 

So it's more of a coincidence / natural result of the broad use the word "program" has in the English language than an attempt to align the concepts at all. 

We could change it but "licensing programs" or "marketing programs" are easily understand common language in business land so would probably prefer to stick with it.
