Sorry about the confusion on my end.

Here's the link from DefCore before it was handed over to the TC: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/openstack-designated-sections (discussed https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/DefCoreElephant.7 ).

HOWEVER - all that is subject to review with the TC request for DefCore to own them.
